Turkey Burgers

Adapted from a Martha Stewart easy living recipe 

12 slices of whole wheat bread
3 lbs of ground turkey
1 cup sour cream (ff, or low fat is fine)
8 tablespoons admiral grays mango        chutney- found by the curry.
5 tablespoons dijon mustard
2 1/2 tablespoons chili powder

Rip bread, combine all ingredients.  Form patties.  Freeze and place in freezer bag for a quick dinner.

Cook under broiler on low for 20 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.  

*note that the mixture will be a little sticky.  Perfectly ok.  My 16 month old LOVES these.

Kathy's Marinade

3.5 lbs of boneless skinless chicken thighs
3/4 c veggie oil
1/3 c soy sauce
3 tbs worchestire sauce
1/4 c red wine vinegar
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbs dry mustard
1 tsp salt
2 tbs fresh minced parsley
1/2 tsp crushed garlic

Place chicken in freezer bag.  Add all ingredients.  Mix and freeze.  Amazing cooked on the grill.
